Docvit entered an appropriate scale period from 2015. Business partners are the core kinetic energy of Docvit's future development, of which each business partner shall have the development path that suits it best. Therefore, we have launched a characteristic management model with people as the main line. We have set up four-department system: great career department, career department, business department and professional department. Each partner can freely combine according to their actual situation, and there is no direct relationship between the superior and the inferior among the partners. We must give the partners maximum mobility to break the barriers and provide equal cooperation and win-win development in a true sense. Also, in order to ensure the standard operation of the professional department, we have established a professional management committee for unified management, and fundamentally realized the all-round development of all business partners. In addition, we will also implement the "Partner Sponsorship System" to provide a mechanism channel for all partners to participate in the construction of the law firm.
