[About the “Fellow Plan”] 2019 is a key year for the three-year development plan of Docvit (2018 – 2020). Based on the results achieved in 2018, Docvit hopes to unite with the like-minded lawyers around the country and even around the world to develop together, build a career platform together and achieve the career dream together; thus, it hereby launches the “Fellow Plan” to seek the fellows and build “Docvit” together. The “Fellow Plan” includes three levels: First, recruiting the partners, business partners and executive directors of Docvit branches around the country; Second, recruiting the partners of Headquarters and Beijing Office of Docvit around the country and even around the world; Third, recruiting the future partners, cooperative lawyers and other basic team members of Docvit offices around the country. It is specifically divided into “Fellow Plan” No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, which will be successively launched recently. Please pay attention! 

[About the “Docvit Branch Strategy”] Formally proposed in 2017, and “Docvit Branch Strategy” is an important part of “Three-year Development Plan of Docvit (2018 – 2020)”. Docvit Branch Strategy adheres to the corporate system and collectivized system, emphasizes that the Headquarters should be separated from Beijing Office, promotes the concept of multiple centers and is committed to building a real lawyer development platform in the country and even in the world. Relying on “ten regions”, it will build 15 – 20 branches within three years to form a global multi-level matrix characteristic strategic layout including six domestic regions and four international regions; Taking “a law firm of one thousand lawyers” as the target, it will build a large-scale brand law firm with the national and global partners together. All the branch partners may invest and enjoy the rights and interests in both levels of the Headquarters and the local office, and they can become the builders and participants of Docvit Headquarters while having the full dominant right, participation degree and sharing degree in the level of branches. The Headquarters will provide the branches with the one-stop brand support, platform support, system support and resource support, and the branches will share the resources and supplement each other to achieve the win-win result to the great extent.

Different branches, different Docvit 

In the lawyer industry, the branches can be roughly classified as two main types of the integrated direct-sale branches and the franchised and self-supporting branches but Docvit has not simply chosen one from them; instead, it has adopted the corporate system and collectivized mode, and by taking the advantages of such two modes into account, it not only maintains the core elements of integration but also absorbs the reasonable components of local self-support. 

In Docvit, each branch (office) is independent and equal like Beijing Office, and each branch (office) has the right and interest partner meeting, management committee, executive committee (or executive director) and the board of supervisors (or supervisors).  

Therefore, Docvit had creatively achieved the separation of the Headquarters and Beijing Office. In addition to investment management, Docvit Headquarters also undertakes the management and service functions that other offices need but cannot separately build or undertake, such as brand, informatization, business quality and risk management, knowledge management and product research and development support. 

Partners of Docvit Headquarters are composed of all the lawyer peers who accept the idea and mode of Docvit, are willing to arrange and build the large-scale brand law firm around the country and have the investment and management ability, and they are not influenced by region and even their practicing ability. 

We design in this way as we hope to build a brand-new Docvit equally together with the lawyer partners around the country. 

We are not only speaking but also doing 

We have completed seven centers of Docvit Headquarters in three years: Investment and Finance Management Center, Career Development and Branch Building Guidance Center, Strategic Brand Center, Informatization Construction Center, Business Management and Support Center, Knowledge Management and Product Research and Development Guidance Center and Public Relation Center. Each branch (office) of Docvit can equally enjoy the management and services of such seven centers. 

We launched the PC terminal and mobile terminal APP of “Green Cloud VIT System” researched and developed independently completely in two years to realize the comprehensive informatization and intelligence of the law firm management; in addition, we also complete the instant communication system within our law firm at the end of 2018 to greatly improve the information confidentiality and safety. Each branch (office) of Docvit can comprehensively use this system from the first day of its establishment. 

We obtained the approval of five branches in Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Jinan and Chengdu in one year and achieved the result that Tianjin and Jinan Branches started the trial operation at the same time at the end of 2018, started to make preparations for Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu Branches and made the branch investigation and survey in the places such as Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Chongqing, Xi’an and Kunming. 

In recent years, we have also successively completed the lawyer market investigation and survey in the places such as Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, London and Singapore, have built the strategic cooperation relations with the excellent law firms in the countries and regions such as Germany, France, Luxembourg, Thailand, Angola, Nepal, Taiwan and Macao and have basically completed the basic work of Docvit internationalization. 

As the first office of Docvit, Beijing Office has focused on eight business directions and has successfully developed sixteen product lines by continuously improving its scale, quality and brand impact after the grinding of sixteen years and especially the precipitation of recent three years. Beijing Office has become a flagship store of Docvit. 

Of course, we have also built the management team of Docvit Headquarters and the system management system of all the Docvit branches and have been continuously improving it to lay a solid management foundation for the national layout of the branches. 

We also lead and initiated the founding of Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA). Over more than two years, GLGA has built Secretariat and Creation & Exhibition Center, has established six research centers, has launched GLGA Lecture Hall and has published a series of legal health index of industry…. With the dual-brand operation and dual-track drive, all the offices of Docvit are the participants and beneficiaries. 

Arrange the branches in ten regions, with the positioning of a law firm of one thousand lawyers 

We advocate the appropriate scale. With the positioning in six domestic regions including North China, South China, East China, Central China, West China and Northeast as well as four international regions including North American, Europe, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and Southeast Asia and the developed areas in Africa, we will arrange the Docvit branches around the country and even around the world. 

About the cities where Docvit will arrange its branches, in addition to Tianjin, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Jinan and Chengdu where the arrangement has started, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Zhengzhou and Chongqing have been under consideration, and the places such as Xi’an, Shenyang, Suzhou, Wuhan, Qingdao, Changsha and Kunming will also follow them and even be in parallel. We will also consider other provincial capitals or economically developed cities when the conditions permit. 

We hope and are willing to build the same career platform with the lawyers around the country. We insist on that the personnel, business and resources of branches must be localized. 

Cooperation in three levels, three different roles 

Partners, business partners and executive directors are our cooperation with the lawyer peers in all the places in terms of branch construction in three different levels. 

Partners are the cooperation more from the right and interest level of branches. Docvit Headquarters will invest in each branch of Docvit and form the right and interest partners with local partners. Of course, the local partners can also choose to apply for becoming the partners of Docvit Headquarters at the same time. 

Business partners are the cooperation more from the business level of branches. In Docvit, all the partners of each branch, whether they have the branch’s investment rights and interests, are the business partners, which are only related to their practicing abilities. Welcome the excellent partners from all the places to join Docvit branches. We advocate that the business partners should adopt the team system and form the business department, career department or great career department according to the scale of personnel and performance. 

Executive directors are the cooperation more from the management level of branches. Executive directors are CEOs of all the branches, and they shall be responsible for the overall management and implementation work during the branch preparation and operation period. 

Fulfill the duties in the positions 

If you choose to become the partners of our branches in all the places, we will determine the overall investment scales and investment strategies of the branches according to the strategic positioning and partner conditions of the branches in all the places. For the first five partners of each branch, we will present the right of first distribution and the stock option at the time of capital increase as an incentive. 

If you choose to become the business partners of our branches in all the places, our local branch preparation committee or management team will determine the business direction, cooperation department and the starting point with you and will assist you in customizing the team construction, brand publicity and market development scheme and create and provide all the possible conditions for you to start your journey in Docvit. 

If you choose to become the executive directors of our branches in all the places, we will provide you with the centralized and systematic training, and after you pass the investigation, we will provide you with the combined treatment of annual salary + performance bonus + equity incentive.
