Founded in 2003, Docvit is a law firm among the first batch of law firms innovating and practicing the corporate system and integration management. During the development of 16 years, we have insisted on the way of corporatization and integration, have promoted the professional and industrial construction, have guaranteed the standardized team service and have realized the reputation based on zero complaint. 

We have achieved the separation of the Headquarters and Beijing Office and have built the strategic management system for Docvit Headquarters and branches. We have built seven centers of Docvit Headquarters in three years: Investment and Finance Management Center, Career Development and Branch Building Guidance Center, Strategic Brand Center, Informatization Construction Center, Business Management and Support Center, Knowledge Management and Product Research and Development Guidance Center and Public Relation Center. Each branch of Docvit can equally enjoy the management and services of such seven centers.

Promote professional industrialization, build a national industrial market legal service system of Docvit 

Docvit has put forward the professional industrialization way in its services for the first time, has launched eight industrial service manuals including private equity, insurance, construction engineering and cross-border investment, has built sixteen series of product lines including the corporate compliance, commercial dispute resolution, merger and acquisition and asset management, has founded five legal service centers including non-performing assets, commercial conciliation and family office. In addition, it has always kept developing the new product series, has subdivided the industry and has deeply studied the profession to form the comprehensive matrix legal service system and gradually form the characteristic Docvit knowledge management system on this base. 

It has practiced the industrial legal services and has been settled in the industrial market. In 2018, the professional industrialization team of Docvit studied and launched Legal Health Index Report of National Private Equity Industry, Legal Health Index Report of National Insurance Industry and Legal Health Index Report of Listed Companies of Central Enterprises; In 2019, Docvit added the legal health index of several industries based on continuously updating and researching and developing the legal health index reports of three industries above, and it will also launch the blue books of development of the industries such as non-performing assets and construction engineering. 

On this basis, the Headquarters will give play to the driving advantages of the basic business segments of Docvit according to the characteristic business positioning of the branches in the strategic branch layout and based on fully respecting and protecting the original business characteristics of local lawyers to transplant the professional industrialization achievements of Beijing Office of Docvit to the branches in all the places for sharing, build the differentiated characteristic advantages of each branch and build the national industrial market legal service system of Docvit. 

Independent development of “Green Cloud VIT” system, comprehensive application of the national branch system 

We have insisted on the independent construction of the informatization system. After the investigation and survey, development, testing, operation and upgrading of nearly three years, “Green Cloud VIT” system developed by Docvit independently has realized the systematic process operation and the comprehensive connection of intelligent informatization at the level of enterprise management. PC terminal and the mobile terminal APP of “Green Cloud VIT” system have realized the comprehensive connection of the basic and extended functions, have realized the functions similar to WeChat inside the system and have further enriched the functions such as the office scene application, integration and cloud office. Each Docvit branch can comprehensively use this system from the first day of its establishment to achieve the collaborative development with the Headquarters. With “Green Cloud VIT”, each branch can reach the degree of management of Beijing Office from the very beginning and can normally operate without relying on the offline team. 

With the law crossover, the national branches build and share the resource platform together 

Docvit initiated the first crossover alliance with law as the core element - Green Legal Global Alliance (GLGA). Insisting on being engaged in the crossover research, it founded GLGA Research Institute and six research centers; Insisting on carrying out the crossover exchanges, it held tens of cross-industry academic brand forums; Insisting on carrying out the crossover discussion, it conducted the professional academic research, launched or undertook several topic studies. 

After founding a branch, we will settle a branch of Green Legal Global Alliance. Docvit branches in all the places can give play to the differentiated advantages with the help of Green Legal Global Alliance to build and share the crossover resource platform and realize more possibilities in the legal service market together. 

The settlement pace of appropriate scale of Docvit 3.0 

In 2015, Docvit stepped in the era of the appropriate scale of 3.0, and with the positioning of a law firm of one thousand lawyers, it arranged the branches in ten regions; Beijing Office gradually expanded, and it implemented the comprehensive strategic layout of domestic and global branches. 

We made progress in terms of domestic branch construction steadily: 

In domestic China, positioning six domestic regions of North China, South China, East China, Central China, West China and Northeast, we built the national branch system step by step with the partners around the country: 

· Since 2018, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Jinan and Chengdu Branches of Docvit have been approved; 

· In December 2018, Tianjin and Jinan Branches started trial operation at the same time; 

· In April 2019, Docvit Taiyuan Branch was settled down after signing; 

· By the end of 2019, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu Branches of Docvit will be prepared for settlement; 

· Since 2018, the survey and investigation work in the cities including Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Chongqing, Xi’an, Kunming and Changsha has been carried out orderly. 

The orderly layout of international branches: 

We have the domestic top international legal team, and our business has covered the fields such as the cross-border investment, merger and acquisition, overseas listing, international engineering and trade; We have built the cooperation relations with the legal service institutions in the international regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe and have started the branch construction in Hong Kong, New York and London. Next, we will comprehensively implement the branch layout and the partnership system construction in the relevant regions to deeply expand the international market and further go global. 

What is the experience of being the partners of Docvit branches around the country? 

Our cooperation mode: 

· The partners may join us individually and lead a team to join us, and may cooperate with the law firm and may also form a team for cooperation as well;
