DOCVIT News | Director Liu Guangchao was Invited to Attend the 3rd Hangzhou Law Firm Director Forum and Delivered the Keynote Speech

Abstract:On March 18, the 3rd Hangzhou Law Firm Director Forum hosted by Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and Hangzhou City Lawyers Association was held. Lawyer Liu Guangchao, Vice Director of Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, Founding Partner and Director of Beijing DOCVIT Law Firm, was invited to attend it on behalf of Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, and delivered a keynote speech with the theme of Law Firm Management Essentials and Mission from the DOCVIT Practice.


The Forum consisted of two themes, i.e. “Exploring the Mystery of Law Firms with the Income of Hundreds of Millions of Yuan” and “Analyzing the Featured Law Firms”, and four links. It was respectively presided over by Xu Zongxin and Shi Jianbing, Vice Directors of Hangzhou City Lawyers Association. Dozens of lawyers, including Zhang Jingzhong, Vice Chairman of All China Lawyers Association, Zheng Jindu, Chairman of Zhejiang Province Lawyers Association, Chen Youxi, Director of Jingheng Law Firm, Shen Tianfeng, Chairman of Hangzhou City Lawyers Association, Chen Zhen, Director of Sunshine Law Firm, delivered their speech, and over 300 law firm directors from Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu and leaders in charge of Zhejiang Province Department of Justice and Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice attended the Forum.


As the specially invited guest of this Forum, Director Liu Guangchao first congratulated the holding of this Forum, and analyzed the law firm management essentials from two angles, i.e. lawyer and customer, in his keynote speech; he analyzed the law firm management focuses from three major bottlenecks of small and medium-sized law firms; finally, in combination with DOCVITs practice of corporatization, specialization and moderate scale, he concluded the mission of law firm management, i.e. “make a brand, pursue two sustainabilities (talents and market), fulfill three incremental (operation resources, modes, performance) and accomplish eight shifts”, which aroused the resonance of participants.
