On September 17, 2017, the Ceremony of Start of Use of FFC third stage and Completion of Headquarters of DOCVIT Law Firm was successfully held. At the same day, DOCVIT hosted the Seminar of “Scale Path of Corporate System Law Firm” and the 10th Offline Theme Salon of “Strength of Mechanism” Group. Directors and partner lawyers of over 50 excellent law firms from Shanghai, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Hebei, Henan, Beijing and elsewhere of China gathered at DOCVIT. Lawyer Liu Guangchao, Director of DOCVIT Law Firm, Partner Chairman Lawyer Ma Huijuan and some partners attended the ceremony.


In the ceremony of start of use, Director Liu Guangchao expressed warm welcome to the guests present. Then, he delivered a speech about the core layout in the future development of DOCVIT on behalf of DOCVIT Law Firm.


First, Director Liu Guangchao pinpointed the great significance of start of use of DOCVIT third stage. He said that, “the formal start of use of third stage symbolizes the initial completion of DOCVIT3.0 scale development, formal completion of DOCVIT Headquarters as well as full fulfillment of DOCVIT’s overall intelligent office system.” In addition, Director Liu presented and clarified the concept of DOCVIT Beijing Headquarters and Beijing Office, and introduced the featured branch system promoted by DOCVIT. To adapt to the DOCVIT’s moderate scale strategy, Director Liu Guangchao released the “future partner program” with an aim of gathering and cultivating more excellent legal talents into the DOCVIT’s talent pool and promoting sustainable development of law firm.


In the Seminar of “Scale Path of Corporate System Law Firm” and the 10th Offline Theme Salon of “Strength of Mechanism” Group, Director Liu Guangchao first introduced the background and holding information of Offline Theme Salon of “Strength of Mechanism” Group. He said that, “initiated by DOCVIT, this activity is an exchange platform jointly built by DOCVIT and multiple law firms practicing corporatization and integrated management with an aim of conducting exchange of experience and discussion among law firms practicing corporatization regarding law firm corporatization. This activity has been actively involved in many law firms practicing corporatization. And, serial salon activities will be held constantly.”

Then, directors and partner lawyers of over 50 law firms nationwide conducted discussion around four subjects, i.e. “What is the difference between law firm of corporate system and corporatized law firm?”, “Whether distribution mechanism is the main sign to determine a law firm corporatized (corporate system) or not?”, “Is corporate system law firm conflicted with the scale development?” and “Is the professional management of corporate system law firm a trend?” With new theories appeared one after another, the atmosphere is hot. The Seminar is aimed at providing suggestions on law firm management and healthy, sustainable development of China’s lawyer industry.

Finally, Lawyer Ma Huijuan delivered the speech of thanks on behalf of DOCVIT. She concluded the activity using three groups of words, i.e. “gratefulness and appreciation”, “responsibility and pressure”, “faith and courage”. She said that, “responsibility and pressure are huge for both the industry and law firm. Why can DOCVIT and peers firmly march forward on the corporate system path? It is because of faith and courage. All of DOCVIT partners face challenges and solve problems by pooling their wisdom and capabilities, and peers present march forward together with DOCVIT, so we are not lonely.
