Abstract: On September 3, 2017, at the invitation of Hefei City Lawyers Association, Lawyer Liu Guangchao, Founding Partner and Director of DOCVIT Law Firm, taught the directors of over 200 law firms in Hefei City regarding the law firm management, and delivered a speech with theme of Essentials and Mission of Law Firm Management from the Characteristics of Ideal Law Firms and the Bottlenecks of Small and Medium-sized Law Firms.

During training, Director Liu Guangchao analyzed the characteristics of ideal law firms and the bottlenecks of small and medium-sized law firms, and introduced the experience in combination with DOCVITs innovation practice. Finally, he concluded the essentials and mission of law firm management as: making a brand, pursuing two sustainabilities, operating three incremental, solving four contradictions, accomplishing five breakthroughs, paying attention to six risks, highlighting seven construction and fulfilling eight shifts.

The speech of Director Liu was widely recognized by the law firm directors. Director Liu has been long paying attention to the law firm management research, and has been conducting continuous practice and exploration at DOCVIT Law Firm, and has gradually formed the systematic knowledge and system. This is the 10th non-local trip of Director Liu Guangchao to share the law firm management experience with peers of other lawyers associations.
