We used six sets of keywords to review the past that Docvit had in 2018.

Keywords 1 - Moderate Scale

In 2015, Docvit entered the era of 3.0 moderate scale development. After three years of development, Docvit built its headquarters and realized the separation between the headquarters and the Beijing office. The seven centers were fully launched, and the global headquarters partners and regional headquarters partners. The three-tier structure of local office partners began to appear, and group management has taken shape. In 2018, it was a year of comprehensive promotion of the strategy of the Docvit branch. At the beginning of the year, the four branches of Docvit Tianjin, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Jinan were successively approved, and the preparatory work was carried out in an orderly manner. At the same time, we launched the “Docvit Mode National Tour Seminar” and walked through five cities in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Tianjin, Jinan and Hangzhou, and held ten seminars on different topics to discuss career development with lawyers from all over the world. At the end of the year, the Docvit Tianjin Office and the Jinan Office were launched one after another and officially opened for trial operation. “Ultra-professional, ultimate service” is the pursuit of professionalism and attitude towards customers. In 2018, we have served more than 500 customers, and we have received thousands of cases and projects. We have achieved business innovation and breakthroughs in many fields such as private equity funds, asset securitization, insurance fund utilization, and overseas listing, opening up many industry firsts.

In addition, in 2018, we launched 16 legal business product lines (private investment and funds, litigation and arbitration, government and social capital cooperation, real estate and infrastructure, construction engineering, overseas asset compliance, asset management, corporate compliance, Equity experts, foreign-related businesses, bonds, legal counsel, New Third Board, mergers and acquisitions, family offices, human resources and employee incentives). Three legal industry legal health index reports (National Private Equity Legal Health Index Report, National Insurance Industry Legal Health Index Report, and Central Enterprise Listed Company Legal Health Index Report) were released within one year, and the industry's healthy development was focused on the legal perspective. In 2018, we held two large-scale industry brand forums, “The Private Equity Fund and Asset Management Development Summit Forum in the New Regulatory Era” and the “Second China Economic Development New Momentum and Legal Regulation Summit Forum”, which realized the brand and market.
