    Secretary SHI Guanghu pointed out that "it is the natural mission of party member lawyers to "Observe Laws and Follow the Leadership of the Party". 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the 100th anniversary of the May 4th Movement and a crucial year for building a moderately well-off society in an all-round way. As a member of the party member lawyer and an important member of the legal professional community, the party member lawyers play an important role in serving the economic and social development and promoting the rule of law. " 

    Secretary SHI said that after the study and discussion of the party branch of Docvit, according to the relevant guiding opinions of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China on the party building of non-public enterprises and social organizations, focusing on the publicity ideas of Beijing Lawyers Association and Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association on the party building of law firms, combined with the practice and characteristics of the business work of law firms, Docvit party branch has decided to carry out party building activities of "Observe Laws and Follow the Leadership of the Party" series in 2019, give full play to the party branch's role as the battle fortress and the exemplary and vanguard role of party member lawyers, and comprehensively improve the party building level of the party branch. 

    Secretary SHI proposed that "In 2019, Docvit party branch will focus on the implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Area, combine lawyers' professional mission and adopt the "1234" working method, namely, "One Core" - "Adhering to the leadership of the party"; "Two-way training" - "Training excellent lawyers to join the party, training party members to become excellent lawyers"; "Three purposes" - To carry forward the party's progressiveness, publicize the spirit of rule of law and practice social responsibility; "Four major activities" - "We Are Together in the New Era and During the National People's Congress and the Chinese Political Consultative Conference", "Take the Long March Road Again, Forge Ahead Bravely," "I Am a Lawyer, But Also A Party Member," "Practice the Mission of Lawyers, to build a dream of the rule of law in China," and practice the party building characteristic brand of "Observe Laws and Follow the Leadership of the Party".

    After the launch ceremony, the party branch organized all party member lawyers to take a boat tour in Chaoyang Park, where the spring river was warm and flowers were blooming. Everyone spoke freely in a vibrant lake and spring scenery, exchanged their feelings and experiences in work and life as party member lawyers, discussed how to give full play to the exemplary and vanguard role of party member lawyers in the future work, how to better combine lawyer status and party member status, how to innovate the form of party branch activities, and how to contribute to the process of promoting the construction of socialist rule of law.
