At Docvit, the future of young lawyers is the future of Docvit. The fundamental driving force for the sustainability of law firms is talent, and therefore, we launched the "Future Partner Plan". The young assistant lawyers are the most cherished wealth of Beijing Docvit Law Firm. We will guarantee that they will grow beyond their expectations and make their career achievements and provide long-term development in the industry. Among the first batch of "future partners" of Docvit, there are many outstanding students who graduated from the top domestic law schools. They have been working with Docvit for a year or even a few years, and have witnessed the rapid development and fruitful achievements of Docvit in recent years. We are delighted and gratified that they have seen their future. 

Strategic planning, mechanism guarantee 

We have developed the comprehensive talent selection strategy, talent development strategy and talent promotion strategy for young lawyers, and formed a flexible and sound mechanism guarantee. We mainly determine the future partner training targets through internal selection, and will select them in the whole industry after the mechanism is mature. We have formed a diversified training method, and will gradually move from "self-training, team joining, and law firm merger" to "self-training". In the meantime, the corporate system as the core mechanism guarantee for the development of lawyers enables all lawyers to work closely together to pursue the ultimate in professionalism through team-based operations and to provide the perfect service as far as possible. We hope that all legal people with dreams will go forward with us and grow together. 

Practice makes perfect 

The training of future partners is an ongoing process and a systematically perfect system. We will select 30-50 people each year, or at least 20% of the total number of people as the reserve strength of Docvit for key training. We will gather more outstanding legal talents into the talent pool through internal promotion and external public selection. We will truly train the future partners of Docvit by setting up special funds, placing the role in the front, providing the green ladder, introducing the master group, establishing five major routes for external learning exchange, supporting relevant incentive measures, etc..

Report on Insurance Industry Legal Health Index is the second research result of this research topic.

    Based on an in-depth study and research on the overall non-performing asset industry, Green Legal Global Alliance Research Institute and Beijing Docvit Law Firm jointly complied 2018 Blue Book of China's Non-Performing Assets with certain academic and public welfare, hoping to bring guidance to the industry and reflect the innovation of the non-performing asset industry itself.
